  • Confirm access with the owner, seller, dealer, or facility.
  • Provide keys, gate instructions, site rules, and safe access to compartments and components.

Utilities and systems

  • Arrange the shore power, water, fuel, batteries, and sewer access required by the agreed scope.
  • Disclose winterization, disconnected utilities, and known inoperative equipment.

RV and site readiness

  • Park where exterior sides, tires, roof access points, and compartments can be approached safely.
  • Remove belongings that block access and share known leaks, damage, repairs, or modifications.

Documents and deadlines

  • Provide the year, make, model, VIN, listing, and relevant contact details when available.
  • Share decision deadlines, maintenance records, and concern photos in advance.
