Observed condition, stated consistently.

Acceptable

The identified component or object is performing its intended function with little or no visible deterioration.

Fair

The identified component or object is performing its intended function, but deterioration is visible.

A comment and/or picture is required in the report.
Poor

The identified component or object is not performing its intended function, or it is very close to failure.

A picture and explanation are required in the report.
Not Inspected

The item was outside scope, inaccessible, unavailable, or unsafe to inspect.

Life Safety Issue

A detector, propane, or operating condition that could cause an accident or harm.

Major Issue

A condition that impacts the longevity of the vehicle, may require a costly repair, or needs immediate attention.

Minor Issue

A condition that does not impact operation or use of the vehicle and could be repaired later.

Notice Comment

A cosmetic observation, addition, replaced component, owner upgrade, or owner-stated comment.
